Cooper Vineyards Sangria
Chill and combine:
1 full bottle Sweet Louisa
2 full bottles Electric Harvest
Add:
1 – 6 oz. can thawed orange concentrate
1 – 6 oz. can thawed limeade concentrate
Add ice.
Add sugar to taste, if needed.
Yields 15-18 wine glass servings.
** Optional – Lime and orange sliced and floated on top in pitcher or punch bowl.
*** Tip – Save empty screw-top bottles for leftover sangria. Remove ice and stir before filling bottle(s). Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks. Shake well before pouring.
Marie's Noche Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
1 box (18.25 oz) Devil's Food chocolate cake mix
1 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
1 16 oz sour cream
3 eggs - beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
½ cup Cooper Vineyards Noche Chocolate Wine
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Grease and flour Bundt pan
3) Mix in large bowel: cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and
Noche wine. Mix well.
4) Fold in chocolate chips.
5) Spoon into Bundt pan – batter will be thick.
6) Bake 55 – 60 minutes.
7) Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out and cool.
8) Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
