The information that you provide Cooper Vineyards, will not be shared with, or sold to, other companies.

The information is utilized so that we may offer a superior level of customer service that reflects the quality and scarcity of our wines. The only way that wine lovers will hear about the availability of some of our wines is through our print and email communications.

Email communications to our mailing list subscribers are sent only to those who have expressly given Cooper Vineyards permission to send them information. Any mailing list subscriber can remove his or her name from our outbound email or print communications schedule at any time using this website or the link on each email.

All orders placed via this website require a credit card. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods. Credit card numbers are not kept on file for website sales. As a result, it will be necessary to enter a credit card number each time an order is placed through the Cooper Vineyards website.

SHIPPING POLICY

Adult Signature Requirement
We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address. State law, as well as FedEx policy, requires an adult signature at the time of delivery for every package containing wine.

REFUND POLICY

As a company known for its quality, Cooper Vineyards wants you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your online or retail shop purchase, Cooper Vineyards will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with a valid receipt within 60 days of purchase. A valid receipt is the Return Form portion of the order summary enclosed with your package if you ordered online or by phone, or the original store receipt. If you do not have a receipt, but the merchandise is returned within 60 days of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued.

TICKET REFUND POLICY
All events are rain or shine. Once purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Corporate Entities: P Square G Square LLC dba Cooper Vineyards is a separate corporate entity operating independently from Heart of Virginia Wine Trail, LLC. Tickets for Cooper Vineyards events are not valid for admission to Heart of Virginia events. Tickets for Heart of Virginia Wine Trail events are not valid for admission to Cooper Vineyards events.
