ABOUT YOUR ORDER: It is very rare for your order from Cooper Vineyards to be lost, missing or damaged. But it can occur and we have found that 99% our customers have been able to locate their package – next door, in the garage or perhaps at the back door. Wine delivery requires a signature of someone over 21 and proof of age. Please check around your home for a ticket that might indicate you need to go pick your package up.

Stealing Mail is a Federal Offense and is Punishable by Law!
If you suspect your package was stolen by a neighbor, stranger or the mail carrier, you need to contact Cooper Vineyards for your tracking number and UPS for where they might have left your package.

REFUND POLICY

As a company known for its quality, Cooper Vineyards wants you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your online or retail shop purchase, Cooper Vineyards will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise with a valid receipt within 60 days of purchase. A valid receipt is the confirmation email portion of the order summary if you ordered online or by phone, or the original store receipt. If you do not have a receipt, but the merchandise is returned within 60 days of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued.
