Whites
_____Chardonnay 2009 – Enticing aromatics of bright kiwi, pear and coconut begin the experience of our 10th Anniversary Chardonnay (our 7th estate vintage). Flavors of crisp citrus and melons with an underlying minerality lead to a pleasurable, refreshing finish.  One of our best in years!

_____Coopertage Blanc 2008 - Initial hints of pear and orange on the first taste followed by aromas of kiwi and peach. Our carefully crafted blend of 52% Viognier and 48% Chardonnay aged for 7 months in French oak has citrus flavors backed by creamy oak and ends with a lingering apple butter finish.

______Viognier 2009 – Tropical aromas of papaya and fresh mango give way to floral pear and honeysuckle with a bright palate of pineapple and stone fruits.  Our newest 100% Viognier has surpassed all expectations offering the essential wine for any summer evening. This Viognier pairs well with food or is a delicious experience on its own, preferably al fresco.                                                 420 cases produced                   $23 bottle / $240 case

_____St. Stephen’s Rose –At first encounter with our Rose, aromas of strawberries and raspberries are layered with lavender, roses and lime.  Refreshing flavors of tangy cherry and crisp starfruit lead into a surprising orange marmalade finish.  A blend of Petit Verdot, Concord, Vidal Blanc, Chardonel, and Viognier, this Rose completes any wonderful day!                                                                        102 cases produced                   $14 bottle/ $140 case

 

Reds
_____Merlot 2007 – 82% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc Bordeaux style blend with a classic nose of cherry and oak. Great to sip by itself, to accompany pasta with red garlic sauce and with filet mignon on the grill.

_____Cabernet Franc 2008 - Our new vintage of Cabernet Franc has an earthy aroma followed by flavors of black cherry and hints of smoke on the palate. Aged for 10 months in both French and American oak, this wine will age well and finishes with structured tannins.                                     274 cases produced               $18 bottle/ $185 case

_____Coopertage 2008 – Silver – Grand Harvest Awards 2010 – A blend of 43% cabernet sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 17% Petit Verdot, this 2nd vintage of our propriatery red offers the complexity and depth desired in a Bourdeaux -style blend.  Aged in both new and old American oak, this wine has aromas of dark plum, leather and blackberry. Tones of black cherry, vanilla and cloves compliment nuances of blueberries and pepper which dance across the palate to a well-balanced finish. One of our best yet!                                                                  276 cases produced               $23 bottle/ $230 case

_____Reserve Norton 2008 – Gold – Grand Harvest Awards 2010, Silver - VA Gov Cup 2010 - Our outstanding 8th vintage of Virginia Norton aged 16 months in Virginia Oak barrels is precocious for its balance and spectacular quality.  Seductive aromas of vanilla, raspberries and bright cherries and alluring undertones of red currants and subtle anise.  Our 100% Virginia Reserve Norton showcases a long smooth finish.    410 cases produced               $22 bottle/ $220 case

_____Petit Verdot 2008 – Silver-VA Gov Cup 2010, SIlver - Town Point 2009
With vibrant aromas of raspberries and blueberries overlapping hints of chocolate, coffee, and red currants, this Petit Verdot exemplifies the varietal. The flavors of berries and mocha are revealed before a layered tannic finish. Enjoy with grilled filet mignon or pasta with red garlic sauce.                          410 cases produced              $20 bottle/ $200 case

                       

 

Sweets
_____Rhapsody
Our delightful blend of Vidal Blanc, Chardonnel and Viognier with approximately 3% residual sugar.  A great accompaniment to Thai food, picnics or tailgates and a “must have” for romantic weekend getaways.

_____Vida
Our 3rd vintage of Virginia “Ice Wine”.  Vidal Blanc grapes harvested at maximum sweetness, then crushed and pressed while frozen. Delicious flavors of nectar with hints of apricot and white peaches. 10% residual sugar.

_____Sweet Louisa
Our unique blend of Norton, Concord, and Merlot with 6% residual sugar.  Intense Concord grape flavors make this “grape juice with an attitude”. Chill.                                     716 cases produced                   $11 bottle/ $110 case
